Each Database Set uses its own unique set of database files and generates its own set of output files. All files are located in the folder where CV-Schedule is installed, normally C:\CVSCHED. Example: The full path for the Ministry file of Database Set 1 is C:\CVSCHED\1-MSTY.DB These are the filenames used by CV-Schedule:

The “xxxx” shown in the table above is actually the Ministry Abbreviation. Example: For lectors, “LECT” is used as the Ministry abbreviation in the Ministry Database. Thus, the Database Listing Files for lectors will be named 1-LECT.RTF, 2-LECT.RTF, and so on.
TIP: If you wish, you can edit your database files with an external database or spreadsheet program. Be sure to import and save the database file using "Text with tabs" or "Text (tab delimited)" format and have a backup of your database file just in case something goes wrong.
